The Interlock Roofing System was delivered and installed on time in spite of a delay in startup due to rain and another day delay due to rain after half the roof was done.
I met Brad after we received a flyer in the mail. We had been discussing a new roof for a while because we had some problems with severe rainstorms. The wind blows very strong around our area.
Brad came out and talked about the roof. We were really happy with what we heard. The boxes for the roof were delivered promptly and the installation was underway soon afterwords.
We think the roof has added substantial value to our house. We really think that the lifetime warranty that can be transferred to a new owner is a great idea and selling point.

A couple years ago we noticed some signs around town about the "Alberta’s Best Roof". We started asking around about it, went to look at a few homes that we knew had installed it, and heard nothing but good remarks.
We contacted Brad and he came right over to see us. The installation went well and quickly even though it was during the winter. The workman was very friendly and neat. He made sure to pick up every piece of material from the ground and take it away with him.
We really didn't think about how it had changed our home until the summer, when we had two different people comment on how cool the house was even though it was 30 degrees Celsius outside ! Then it hit us. They were right and it was because of the roof !! Since then we've paid more attention and realized the house is definitely warmer in the winter as well. It also has really improved the looks of our house and increased the property value of it.
One night we had an extremely bad wind storm and we actually lost a few shingles on one corner. We placed a call and within a week the roof had been repaired at no cost to us. We've never had another minutes problem with it.
We would definitely recommend Interlock Roofing to anyone, and we totally plan to put it on the next home we build !! We love our roof !!

We are very pleased to have peace of mind about our roof with our fabulous new interlocking aluminum slate roofing system. Initially, Brad was very knowledgable and informative in telling us about the system and about the pros and cons of other roofing products. We were notified when the delivery of products was to be expected. When they arrived, the delivery man asked us where we would like the shipment unloaded and then proceeded to do so. The roofing crew arrived and made sure that our cars were out of the garage before they placed the dumpster on the driveway. After stripping all the old pine shakes off the roof, which only took them a few hours, they removed the dumpster. I could not believe that absolutely all of the old shakes were cleaned up and taken away. The roofing crew that installed the new slate shingles were very friendly and efficient. In only three days our new roof was completely finished! The clean-up at the end was very thorough. Esthetically, our charcoal grey roof blends in very well in our neighborhood. Hello Brad, Sarah and I are very pleased with our new Interlock roof. The fit and finish are excellent, just like the other Interlock roofs that we have seen recently in Valley Ridge. After the disappointing experience and maintenance headaches with our old pine shake roof, we are happy to have the roofing issue resolved for our home once and for all. Although the Interlock roof cost more than the asphalt shingle alternative, we feel that the up-front cost is offset by the future savings in avoiding another roof replacement project within 20 years. We really like the appearance of our new black shale (aluminum) roof. All things considered, we feel we received good value for our investment. As a bridge engineer over the past 23 years, I have a background in monitoring many construction projects with contractors across Canada and the US. It is always a pleasure when projects go smoothly with no surprises and no extra costs. The installation of our roof certainly went smoothly with no cost surprises. The first crew had our old pine shake roof off, cleaned up and removed from site within 2 days. They also cleaned out all of the rain gutters (which I have been procrastinating for some time). The second crew, headed by Vladimir, arrived several days later and had the new roof installed within 5 days. The total project schedule was 11 days from start to finish. Vladimir paid great attention to detail and threw in some extra touches that really made a difference: touch-up painting some high level trim and installing some addition aluminum flashing to stop birds from nesting below one problem gable. It was the talk of the neighbourhood when Interlock Roofing did their first homes in Uplands. We were very impressed with the enhanced appearance it made to each completed home. Our neighbours were considering Interlock Roofing and as our home was in desperate need of a new roof, we also decided to contact Brad.
Brad came to our home armed with samples, testimonials, the value added benefits of Interlock over regular shingles, explained the process, and answered our numerous questions/concerns. Although the cost was more expensive than the alternative, the benefits seemed to out weigh this over time. Brad arranged financing, scheduled delivery for a month later, then contacted us with the particulars.
Materials were delivered on time with installations scheduled for two weeks later. Brad’s crew arrived and within two days our roof was completed. The installers were helpful, pleasant, courteous, and actually cleaned up all the remaining debris.
We noticed cold air coming through our roof vent when the wind blew. Brad arranged for a service technician to look at it. The service technician scheduled time around my work hours and was able to alleviate the problem.
Interlock Roofing has definitely improved the appearance and increased the value of our home. We have not had the roof long enough, however, to comment on the energy savings but hope this to be true with ever increasing energy costs.

We read an ad in our local newspaper and it talked about the last roof we would ever put on our house guaranteed for 50 years. There was a phone number to call and we really needed to get a new roof as ours was 15 years old and there was no gravel left on the shingles. We called Interlock and talked with Brad Reagh, we arranged a date to meet and discuss the application of his product. With in a few days Brad was here and we had a very pleasant and informative meeting with him. By the end of our meeting we had decided this was the way we wanted to go. Brad said within about thirty days the material and installers would arrive and install the roof. The material arrived within about 15 days and about a month later our installer was on the roof.
